I did a mortgage refinance with the Federal Savings Bank and am exceptionally pleased with the process. GP Sandhu was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire. He genuinely cared about my situation and did all that he could to assist me. I highly recommend the Federal Savings Bank!

By far the worst mortgage experience I have had. Was doing a VA streamline loan what really is the easiest type loan to do should be done in two weeks. Process was two months… didn’t hear from anyone the status online did not changed reached out to my LO ******* no response have to reach out again he tells me the processor is just to busy to get to my loan right now but they have everything they need.
