Mike ****** and his team were great to work with! Mike is easy to speak to and he simplified the verbiage and process for us. He was readily available via email, phone and text. His support team was prompt and the day of our closing, the Notary was great. Due to COVID19, we signed all paperwork outside on our deck and she was extra careful and great to work with.
Andrew was outstanding to work with; knowledgeable, very helpful, patient and efficient. On a human level he is one of the most kind and thoughtful persons I have ever done business with. nothing short of Amazing. they're communicate very well, even after their office hours, very prompt service. i think sometimes Ingrid does not sleep. When I call or text, she makes sure to reply back with answer or explanation. And I believe we got a perfect deal for us.
I paid $494.00 for an appraisal and after it was finished, the loan changed because of greedy closing costs! I was unhappy and no longer decided to go through federal savings bank and went with a more transparent company that ended up giving me more than federal savings bank! Well they refused to give me a copy of my appraisal I paid for and made me pay $92.50 almost 60 days later? I was never billed for any balance owed! I received a letter they could not do a loan because of my credit? Which is furthest from truth! Never received a bill of any remaining monies due until I asked for my appraisal to be released after I told Tony I was not interested in continuing to do a loan, knowing I’ll be getting a much much much better deal elsewhere! My new loan officer went through a lot trying to get answers and was finally told pay up .. even though I payed for this upfront?!
