Louis did an amazing job with the mortgage. He made sure everything went smoothly, with no surprises. Always available to give answers to our many questions, he made sure the process was efficient and painless. I highly recommend using him and the Federal Savings Bank.
David was always great at getting back to us no matter how busy he was. He helped us find workarounds for every obstacle we encountered. Haider also did a fantastic job with contact and organization. Both of them made it a fairly easy process and made sure we understood what was happening at every step. 10/10 experience. Veteran friendly, with employees even currently serving in our military.

Paul was incredible during this whole process! He even took the time to take care of my loan and develop a superb client relationship. His attention to detail both personally and professionally was astounding! I am greatly impressed with his whole process and ability to coordinate during the COVID pandemic.
