I called to find that I qualified and could refinance through them for a monthly payment that was about $300 dollars per month less than what I now pay. Its ridiculous how they have an A+ rating on here. We are 800$ down the drain and have wasted 6 weeks of our time trying to refinance with them. I should have noticed the first red flag that the 1800$ charge on our loan assessment was a "refundable rate holding fee" whereas it showed up as a "points payment" on the actual document. This firm is sending misleading advertisements regarding "equity distribution" regarding our home. It looks very official with "Final notice" on the front which makes it look like a collection agency. Their logo makes them look like a Government agency, they're not. This is misleading advertising by mail and should be stopped.

Yousuf ****, NMLS# *******, is the most unprofessional person at The Federal Saving Bank! When I shared my concerns about my VA loan. He mocked me over the phone and in a text message. I had to block his phone number to keep him from calling me after 9pm and harassing me.
