I am currently in the process of building the bank can’t seem to get their crap together and do their job! Delays incurred and additional costs because they can’t seem to do their job in a timely manner! I do NOT recommend!!!

I went to these guys for a refinance for my house the loan guy was very knowledgeable and sold himself very well. Our first option was a cashout mortgage after an appraisal unfortunately our house did not appraise (not the companies fault) so we went with option B streamline. Here was my main concern. being a first time refinance i did not know any of the steps nor did they explain anything well at all.
