Marquis was so helpful with my transaction. He was prompt with returning phone calls and even on his off hours he would pick up to answer any of my questions. With out a doubt he is very dedicated to his clients to make them happy. So happy he was my representative.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Federal Savings Bank. I was contacted by Troy ******, who had me fill out all of the information for a loan, proceeded to give me a quote for a refinance rate, we progressed on all the paperwork until one day, he ghosted me and just disappeared. And no, there was no reason for him to do that on my end. After being told by my current REPUTABLE lender that I would receive multiple low ball offers, I was stupid enough to open this one from the FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK. I am so glad that I did though because I can now write a review and say that there is no chance that anything in their letter is accurate or above board. RJ was not only knowable but he was also personable. Quick to return a call and on target with commitments. Was patient if having to answer a question more than once. He worked diligently to put this together and went to our defense when our lock expired due to a over zealous appraisers repair request. We are thankful to have had RJ, another veteran, working on our behalf and would recommend him to our family and friends.
05/24/2019 The Federal Savings Bank constantly sends me solicitations, despite a request for them to stop. I called them in in February 2020 and asked them to take my name off their list and stop sending me solicitations, while on the phone they were very rude then continued to say they could do better than where i was at, but said they would take me off the list.
