He is very knowledgeable with VA loans, and he knew of a special circumstance involved in this refinance opportunity (a second mortgage requiring subordination). Our Mortgage Banker Nell *** did an absolutely wonderful job processing our mortgage and was very timely and efficient at her task.
This broker was able to help us with a mortgage on a "non-warrantable" condo that no one else could do. Camilo and Gerardo were wonderful! They kept us informed throughout the process and kept things moving. Especially if you have a complicated situation, these are the guys you want!
Our experience was seamless and went as smoothly as we had hoped it would.
I called them because they sent me an available funds report that looked like something from the VA with funds owed to me. The person who took my call began speaking to me about VA loans being over charged. After I would not give him my SSN he became frustrated and wouldn't answer my question if this was about a refinance. As far as I could tell this was a sales call disguised as him trying to get money I was over charged. I told him as a Police Officer I was not going to give personal information.
