Send mail to people disguised to look like an official letter from their county. How in the world people would trust a bank to do business when they start off with a bold lie? This truly fringes on deceptive practices and false advertising in my opinion.

Loan officer Hazem *****was who I dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He explains things to you throughout the entire process. Communication A+ He made my home buying experience run smoothly and kept me at ease the entire time. He is truly a great asset to the team. I give him 5 stars! Highly recommend Hazem *****. Closed in less then 30 days 1 day before the original close date which is absolutely phenomenal.

Jonathan ********gave complete 100% attention and follow-through, and prompt, courteous, and caring service to my mortgage. He was available to speak to me at any moment that I needed more information and clarity. He was very understanding and compassionate to my circumstances, and seemed to always have a positive uplifting comment to make about the whole process. He gave me certainty that the mortgage would happen. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants a new mortgage.
The keep sending out misleading mailers from a list they purchased. The latest one had big ominous letters in the see through window stating, "EXPIRATION NOTICE" and listed my County. There is no return address or even their 'required by law' license information on the bottom or back of the letter. This also violates rules set forth by the VA (this was registered as a "VA Loan" scam, so the rules there apply as well.)
