Agent answering the phone refused to put me on their "do not mail list". I called to be taken off their mailing list. I have done this with innumerable other companies, from magazines to credit cards. The young man answering the phone, I don't believe he gave his name as I always write it down, kept asking me questions about my VA loan. I explained taking me off the list had nothing to do with the loan and please take me off their mailing list and put me on "do not mail". I have purchased several homes and gone through a mortgage process. This one was the most professional, timely, and if applying for a mortgage can ever be called easy, this one was the easiest with uploading documents and not having a last minute rush for forms that were previously submitted and misplaced or needing forms that could have been submitted much earlier than hours before closing.
