I really liked Mary .She was available at all odd hours (I work 10 hrs shifts). I would have liked the process to have been speedier (took 3 months). But was happy overall with company.

Like another recent review, I’ve also been targeted to claim my VA loan “equity reserves” for months now. I called and mentioned I wasn’t interested in refinancing in which the gentleman tried to convince me that it wasn’t refinancing and they could get my rate to 2.5% which I’m skeptical of that possibility without refinancing my loan.. I get weekly letters from the Federal Savings Bank about equity in my home. There is no return address on the envelope making it impossible to stop getting these weekly letters thatwaste my time and the banks money. There must be a way to stop this!!

Gevara ***** was a trooper! All my questions were answered in a timely manner. My phone calls were promptly returned. I was kept updated throughout the entire process. I will have no problems referring Gevara ***** to my friends. Just an FYI: I was not impressed with some f the reviews I read and wasn't sure I wanted to continue with your Bank. Gevara assured me he would be with me throughout the process and he was true to his word. Perhaps others could benefit from how Gevara works with his clients.

My experience with the Federal Savings Bank was a great experience. The representative that I had was always there when I needed him for any reason. I was also given his cell phone number just in case I couldn't reach him in the office. He made the way easy for a very enjoyable transaction on my home.
