Could not be more satisfied with the team that helped my wife and I obtain our first home. Communication was clear and concise, never had any issues regarding miscommunication. Really felt that all of my questions and concerns were handled quickly and correctly. I would like mention that Johanna ********was absolutely fantastic and really made this process less stressful. My estranged husband contacted me asking me to sign refinance paperwork for his house on Blairfield Drive. I told him the only way I would sign anything would be if he was adding my name to the title deed but not adding my name to his loan. I refinanced my home with The Federal Savings Bank. The way they do business is through half truths. For instance, I was told I would receive a $20,500 (the $500 was reimbursement for an appraiser) check for the equity I had in my home. I was told this after finding out I had some money coming back to me from my first mortgage and told Michael Boyd I could put it towards a renovation I desperately needed. Javier ******is one of the most professional people I know. He is kind, patient, and truly your advocate when buying home. He answered every single one of my questions (even more than once!) allowing me to feel so comfortable by the time of closing. He is truly generous, personable, and overall a wonderful human being. Ray with TFSB worked hard with his team to help me. Only neg part was not being able to walk into the bank to provide papers and docs in a faster time, having to email, text, mail back and forth added to the time from start to finish.
