This is our second refi with Eli Napolitano. Our first refi went well and we were very pleased with our transaction. When time came to refi again, I knew I would contact Eli . Liars. We worked with Arthur ******and got promised alot and only got half. The other half got marked up in FEES. $7,000 in fees to refinance! Everything was good until we closed, BEWARE! The minute you close hes too busy to answer the phone, email, or texts for weeks. It took a bad feedback survey to get him to call me back. Wish i could undo the whole refinance and stay with USAA where i know for a fact this would not of happened.

I would like to Thank Austin *****and his team. They honestly went above and beyond to make this refinance happen. Not only did he start working with my parents on their home, but he was able to take on my refinance and get them both done in a timely.
