Not sure if I have enough space to type the great customer service I received from Kevin Ross and his team. We started this process in Oct/Nov 2018. On Nov 30th, my house caught fire (1 of few residential structures in Anchorage) during the Alaska earthquake. Kevin called to check on me that day and I told him we would have to cancel because my house caught fire. He asked a few questions and then told me to keep my process going and keep him posted. Great experience. Bob goes out of his way to help you from beginning to end. He answers and responds to all call/ texts 24/7 including weekends. I will definitely use Bob and The Federal Savings Bank again for my next mortgage and recommend him to anyone including my family and friends!
