I receive a weekly mailing from this bank to refinance my VA mortgage. I called to be removed from their mailing list and the gentleman on the other side argued with me about how I should refinance with them. He was not helpful and rude.

Jimmy ******was amazing and made the process seamless. He was available anytime I had questions or concerns and answered any of those question immediately. I don't think I could have made it through the process without his support and guidance.
Michelle ******* was on top of every question we had and stayed in touch with us along the way. She kept our expectations based on the information she had and remained hopeful with us throughout the entire process. She went to bat for us on a couple of situations that arose during the process. All together it was the smoothest loan process we have ever been through. The amount of personal communication kept us aware and worry free through the entire process.
