Fantastic food,Very pleasant and comfortable experience in the dining room,beef cooked how it should be! A rarity these days, excellent.
Food wasn't great, got 3 course meal. Bbq pork starter was amazing, the best thing they did but the Sunday roast was subpar, watery gravy, red cabbage was too sweet and the roasties were barely roasted. No carrots but instead a watery puree that tastes off. Desert brownie tasted frozen and for £9 you'd expect something a lot better. Wetherspoons 3 course is much better than this.
Pleasant winter stay with dog friendly options in their lawn rooms, with lawn just outside the room for your dog's needs. Breakfast options are good, with variable quality across the options. Porridge was a good staple.

We were just passing and The Feathers caught our eye. The menu looked good and so we gave it a try. The service and food were great. I was also able to get a low alcohol beer with my lunch. We will be sure to visit again
