The service from Sarah at dinner was relaxed, attentive and done with great humour. She engaged with our children who also commented on her kindness. The rooms for a family are nice and clean with great room amenities.
Just a lovely experience staying here. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great food!
Had 3 nights in the Lawns around the corner, tried to see if they could get us into the feathers for dinner one evening. Walked in just as another couple were being seated. Stood there for 10 mins and the guy walked past us 5 or 6 times. No eye contact let alone talking to us, we understand if you have no tables for a walk in, that's fine just tell us but to not be acknowledged was quite poor.
