Fantastically equipped and unique Gym/Exercise space. More equipment than you could ever need, huge range of classes and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff.
An outstanding facility run by outstanding people! I have attended three events at The Farm and every one has been excellent.
The best decision I ever made was coming here! I haven't been active for almost 10 years, so after much deliberation I decided to bite the bullet and pluck up the courage to seek out some expert guidance. In the first instance I would recommend just coming here in person to get a feel for this special place & to discuss your needs/goals etc as it quite literally is a hard grafting, no nonsense, spit & sawdust converted cattle shed on a farm (hence the name) & perhaps isn't everyone'scup of tea... for me however, it was just... read more
