I took a very sentimental chain in for a repair got charged £15.00 and got it back shortened. I hope the links of gold where worth it for you, such a shame, I have known your mum and dad for many years they always struck me as very good people... now you have lost a customer

not sure what's going on with this shop, but for the last couple of weeks the shutters have been down and they are not answering their phones. Bit worrying as i have some of my property sitting in their shop. Does anyone know what's going on????? Surely if there was a problem or they went on holiday they would put a message on their answerphone???
