* Edit - Update, 30/07/2024* we have STILL never had snags fixed or even looked at by Gentoo or anyone they contract out. Repairs have been fixed and sorted by ourselves. Another (separate) leak was found from the bathroom to kitchen, and again Gentoo don’t care. The estate have had a whole host of problems and I know The Fairways isn’t the only development that has suffered, other Gentoo homes developments have very similar stories from residents, just look on the reviews and social media. Very unprofessional company
Don’t care about customers in the slightest. Turn up unannounced to have a talk and claim issues will get sorted…still waiting for snags or anything to get sorted and finished. Almost 11 weeks since completion and not one thing has been fixed or sorted. Even when contacting the emergency number to report a leak that has come from bathroom into kitchen (by a pendant light!) nothing has been done about it by Gentoo homes. Never do repairs. Filthy water comming through taps. U have to fight them for everything. Once they have your money thats it!
