I visited family in Birmingham and my 2 1/2 year old son just had his haircut done and the barber was soo gentle and calm cutting his hair that my son hardly cried. This was his first haircut where he was chilled. The barber also explained that i wont go in quickly and rush because it will scare him and hurt his neck so he was gentle but efficient. I’ve just left the barbershop, and unfortunately, this visit was nothing like my last one. The first time I came here, I had a great experience — the barber was skilled, friendly, and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. That’s why I came back, expecting the same quality and professionalism. I had a very disappointing experience at this barber shop. Unfortunately, the barber did not seem skilled or confident in their work. The haircut I received was uneven, rushed, and nothing like what I asked for. I tried to give clear instructions, but it felt like they weren’t being listened to or understood. This guy can cut hair, got a low skin fade + tidy on top, the attention to detail by Raja is second to none. I work away and I’m disappointed I won’t be able to carry on using this place! Great guy, great haircut!
