Great gym to join. Really boosted my confidence. I love that all the classes are pre planned by the coaches who are always encouraging you and checking you are doing exercises correctly.
Five stars for Evo ! If you are thinking about joining a Gym, I would highly recommend this setup. The variation in classes day to day and the different coaches make it a very enjoyable workout and also very effective. I have noticed some striking improvements inside 8 weeks and have decided to continue on with the rolling membership !
I was not a gym girl! I detested the impersonal attitude of every place I have tried but then I found Evo! 8 weeks Transformation Challenge has left me positive, stronger, smaller (losing 7 1/2 inches overall) and eager to continue.
