Joining Evo has been a complete game changer for me. Before starting my 8 week transformation, I thought that my main goal was to loose weight. Joining Evo has been the best decision I’ve made! Great variety of workouts and the most amazing coaches. Ive never felt so good in my life. I’ve just finished the 8 week challenge and have continued on for the foreseeable and some extra PT sessions. Thank you everyone <3

Everyone at Evo are undeniably fantastic. Their dedication, knowledge and determination to get the best out of everyone that steps through the doors is somewhat unbelievable. The process is life changing, and anyone that is wishing to start their journey to a fitter, healthier lifestyle, but is perhaps nervy or unsure where to start….I don’t think you can start anywhere better than Evo.

I’ve recently completed the 8 week Evo challenge and can confirm that it was the best decision I’ve made this year. The support I received from the trainers was amazing, so much so, I’ve signed up for a whole year. I can’t wait to carry on with my journey and be able to continue to grow and improve. I would highly recommend evolution to anybody wanting a change whether it be physically or mentally.
