Five stars for Evo ! If you are thinking about joining a Gym, I would highly recommend this setup. The variation in classes day to day and the different coaches make it a very enjoyable workout and also very effective. I have noticed some striking improvements inside 8 weeks and have decided to continue on with the rolling membership !

I was not a gym girl! I detested the impersonal attitude of every place I have tried but then I found Evo! 8 weeks Transformation Challenge has left me positive, stronger, smaller (losing 7 1/2 inches overall) and eager to continue. Every single coach knows who I am and what my capabilities are. They kindly but enthusiastically encourage me to be my best modifying excercises to take into account age, ability and strength and then push me just that little bit further. Joining Evo has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The coaches know exactly how to push you, just the right amount, to get results that really show. I recently joined the gym and I’m really enjoying it! The personal trainers are fantastic—supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I already feel more energetic and confident, even though I was initially shy. I also love that every session is different, which keeps things fun and motivating. I’d highly recommend this place!
