Chris was fantastic to use. We took almost a year to pick the perfect house and he was with us all the way. He never showed impatience and really learned about our preferences to help find us showings that matched our tastes. We love our new house, but if we ever look again we'd use Chris for sure. We recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Todd went out of his way to sell my house. Even going so far as to change all the light bulbs. Always keeping me updated on things. Without Todd it would still be on the market.
Todd Paxton was completely open and up front through the entire process. He gave us an honest and unbiased opinions on what needed to be done/changed before listing our home and then sold our home in 1 day.
From our first interview with him,Todd did an excellent job of explaining how he markets houses and works with clients. He was always there to answer questions and offer advice on anything from what to do to spruce up to show the house to what reasonable counter offers might be. Working with Todd was a great experience. We tried to sell our home by ourselves for a month or two before we decided to list it with Todd. He was very professional and ended up at our house around 11pm during negotiations to sign the contract. I appreciated his service, guidance, and expertise throughout the entire process!
