We started looking for a house a few years ago and had to do some waiting due to my husband running his own business. Alison was amazing to work with! She was easy to communicate with and always responded immediately. She kept us informed of all processes and was patient in helping us find our dream home!
Alison was patient and always available to answer any questions we had. I started working with Alison over a year ago and she never pressured me in buying or selling and checked in once a month to see if I needed anything. She was a delete to work with.
April was awesome. We told her the last house in our subdivision sold in 18 hours and asked her if she could beat that. She had an offer on our house in 4 hours after it hit the market. Allison was going to hold an open house on Sunday and on Friday April was walking the neighborhood putting out flyers and that night we got an offer. Needless to say the open house was cancelled. Would highly recommend April and the entire Paxton Group.
I would highly recommend Todd and his team! We accepted an offer less than 48 hours of our house being on the market! Everyone was very caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. We loved the convenience of his online system to sign documents!
