I used Chris as my realator. I did all the home searching and presented my choices to my realator. The first house he showed me was already sold, but he forgot to check with the listing agent before showing the house so it was a complete letdown and wasted everyone's time. It seemed pretty unprofessional to have had that bad of miscommunication.
