I'll be honest - I'm a lot of work. I am super needy and when working with someone (like Chris Goodman aka Mr. Rookie Realtor of the Year ) I like to be the number one priority. Chris was very helpful in getting all of the details worked out. He kept us informed as to the progress of our pending home sale and purchase of our new home. Chris provided lists of home inspectors, electricians, etc. and reminded us of the things you are apt to overlook. He took very good care of our interests and was a pleasure to work with.
