Amazing gym, really friendly and welcoming.
Superbly-equipped, with a great wealth of knowledgeable and friendly coaches. Can’t think of any way it could be made better.
In some gyms you get good equipment, in others, good atmosphere or maybe excellent coaching. In the Engine House, you get all the above and more. The home of StrongFirst, the school of strength in the area!
Fantastic gym, I've been attending for 12 months now and have no intention of stopping.
