i dont recommend this because they say its a family community however there is nothing for the children to do tenants are not allowed swing sets or any thing for kids bigger then toddler equipment. There are dead or dying trees all over the lots and the Management does nothing to take care of them. they say you Own your home but then they want to tell you what you can and can not do with it. Lived in The Elms for over 20 years. Was a very nice park to raise the children. Now the managers twist the rules to accommodate their own agenda. Management appears to be more harassment than help, leaving impressions on some that they're better off not issuing complaints. I always took pride in my mobile home and the little yard, now looking out my window for almost two weeks at a butchered tree and a lawn full of branches, I'm starting to understand where the phrase trailer trash came from.
ABSOLUTELY A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO LIVE ILL ONE DAY BE LOOKING TO MOVE IN HERE IF APPROVED
It is very nice here. I can drive around in my wheelchair. I like being close to stores and restaurants.
