I called into Sunbelt Homes, and I spoke with David Siracusa & Emily Smith. I asked them for an appraisal on my home. They did just that, went to my home and evaluated the home. They contacted me and professionally spoke with me on their findings and what they thought and valued my home at. We decided not to go with what they were offering and asked for a written letter of what they thought on a professional level and what they would appraise it at and with the letter they went above and beyond!!! Very unprofessional!! Emily Smith seemed so friendly and helpful at first made an offer that she was supposed to present to seller that was over 24 hrs ago and not a peep!! Guess she didn’t like that we hired an inspector to look closely at the “ burned electrical box” price was dropped $14,000 for a $2900 electrical fix… according to their electrician bids … seems a bit fishy doesn’t it? Beware folks !!

If you have had any experience with a used car salesman, you will understand why I gave this company one-star. From the beginning, the pressure was on to simply buy the home without questions. I was pressured to let them handle the "4-point inspection" and discouraged from having my own inspector. Thankfully, a friend is a real estate agent, and she was adamant that I hire my own inspector. I want to thank Emily Smith for handling our Manufactured Home sale. She was professional and awesome to work with throughout. She got us under agreement in less than a week and she got us more money than we could have gotten ourselves. Her support team is awesome! There was a transaction coordinator that we could ask questions, a closing coordinator that called us to set up the closing and finally a closing agent that came to our home with our payment! A real bad event , I listed with them , Tracy sold my house , and it would normally be park approved in 5 to 10 days , took almost 40 days . I could not get any help from Sun Belt , other than , the " Hands on Manager " , his own claim to fame , entered the picture , he was going to get it handled , so 7 days later they get approved , I am ready to close and get my 25,000.00 , whoa not so fast . EMILY M. SMITH IS THE GREATEST! SHE HAS GONE OUT OF HER AND WAY BEYOND WHAT MANY SALESPERSONS WOULD DO FOR A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER. PART OF OUR DECISION TO BUY THE HOME IS DUE IN LARGE PART TO HER EFFORTS. WE FOUND A GREAT HOME, AT A GOOD PRICE, HAD IT INSPECTED, AS ANYONE SHOULD DO (THE NOT-TOO-BRIGHT MAN WHO VISCIOUSLY COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS WATER HEATER/FURNACE).
