EMILY M. SMITH IS THE GREATEST! SHE HAS GONE OUT OF HER AND WAY BEYOND WHAT MANY SALESPERSONS WOULD DO FOR A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER. PART OF OUR DECISION TO BUY THE HOME IS DUE IN LARGE PART TO HER EFFORTS. WE FOUND A GREAT HOME, AT A GOOD PRICE, HAD IT INSPECTED, AS ANYONE SHOULD DO (THE NOT-TOO-BRIGHT MAN WHO VISCIOUSLY COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS WATER HEATER/FURNACE). WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH SUNBELT, AND EMILY.

Cast of LIARS: Tina Alsina, David Siracusa and Ed Salvatore. So here starts my debacle of fuckery with this crooked company. I purchased a mobile home from Sunbelt. So when I go to have my lights and gas turned on the gas man tells me he can't turn it on to the water heater or the furnace because they're both messed up, furnace had a broken valve and I forget what the issue with water heater was. I would've given this unethical company -5 stars if that was an option. This company is employees by liars, Tina Alsina, Ed Salvatore and David Siracusa to name the one's I've had dealings with. They lie in ad for homes they're selling, then when you bring it to their attention, it's like, that's your problem. They're the big guys with the lawyers and money, we're the little guys that they think they can mislead and take advantage of and get away with it. I went to Lakeside Estates and were impressed with the quality of the homes being built. Great idea to have only 2 steps in the house! With just having had a knee replacement, I can really appreciate that. Will be back to purchase one when they are done ! Thanks for spending the time and sharing your wealth of knowledge.

If you Google the names of the authors of the positive reviews you will find most are sales agents. A better choice would be Four Star. It is established in the area and offers better service for buyers and sellers. Sunbelt doesn't do anything for either except take your money. If you want to list with Sunbelt make sure your contract doesn't include the hefty fee you have to pay if you cancel the contract.

Great company!! Always answers emails however, they did have a glitch about 2weeks ago their email server went down, that happens unfortunately. Very responsive company normally!

They won't even answer your emails about viewing any homes your interested in! Talk about rude! I am glad your making money now! I bet a quick attitude change next recession!
