We had a great experience working with J&B Manufactured Homes and can’t say enough good things about Jake and Bri. From the start, we chose J&B because they are an owner/operator business with lower overhead and a much more hands-on approach. At the end of the day, the quality of their service directly impacts them, and that really mattered to us. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the install company was a shitshow. Brianna was great to work with, she responded any time we contacted her and was always a happy face to great us at the office. My home was as expected and there was no unexpected costs. There was a delay on the delivery but communication was great, Brianna contacted us as soon as the delay was recognized and had a plan B in action right away. Thank you Brianna for being their with us threw this process.
A shout out to Jake & Brianna of J&B Manufactured Homes. We arrived at the office and were greeted by Jake. Jake was very informative on the differences between manufactured and modular homes. Decision made manufactured was for us. We met Brianna and sat down with her with unique requirements—we needed a house with the living room in front of the home. We couldn’t be happier with the home we got, it’s big and beautiful! Jake and Bree are great to work with! Anything we needed, they were right there to answer questions, best customer service around!!
