We had a great experience working with J&B Manufactured Homes and can’t say enough good things about Jake and Bri. From the start, we chose J&B because they are an owner/operator business with lower overhead and a much more hands-on approach. At the end of the day, the quality of their service directly impacts them, and that really mattered to us. I have been working on purchasing a new home since last fall, and am very thankful for stopping in at J & B Manufacturing to see what they had to offer and it has worked out for the best. A lot of different housing options at very reasonable prices Jake & Bri were very knowledgeable with there products and helping me and my wife through figuring out what we wanted. I really wanted to give 5 stars but the install company was a shitshow. Brianna was great to work with, she responded any time we contacted her and was always a happy face to great us at the office. My home was as expected and there was no unexpected costs. There was a delay on the delivery but communication was great, Brianna contacted us as soon as the delay was recognized and had a plan B in action right away. Thank you Brianna for being their with us threw this process.

Working with J&B Manufactured Homes was an incredible experience from start to finish. My fiancée and I were brand new to the process, and naturally, we had a ton of questions.
