Jerri Campbell was absolutely amazing. Answered any and all questions we had and showed us multiple homes that fit what we were looking for to a T. Absolutely exceptional customer service and knowledge. We'll definitely be sending people her way.
Absolutely 10/10 experience. PLEASE ask for Ms. Jerri Campbell. She was so sweet and incredibly helpful. We have been looking at mobile homes for quite a while now and by far Timbercreek takes the cake. The lot itself takes pride in their customers and their products. The homes were fully furnished with electricity and A/C, which added so so much to the experience and honestly was a huge relief after walking around different lots all day in the heat. We will absolutely be back.

Ok trying not to be ugly about all this but at this point I'm wishing I wouldn't have bought from them . It's been 10 months since delivery. I still have cracks in the walls they've come out twice and all they do is build up more mud on the walls and it cracks again about 2 weeks later . The back door has been messed up since before it was delivered to us and they have been saying it's been on order . The trim outside that looked so beautiful is warping and cracking .
