My fiance and I bought a mobile home from this place. Everything was all good until after they brought it out. We have contacted them several times regarding repairs and things that need to be fixed. We have cracks in the walls that they claim they are going to repair but have not. We are about to pay our 3rd note and repairs still aren't done. I'm so disappointed about my daughter and son in laws trailer!! My son in law was trying to get a porch built across the front of the trailer and it's not level. He had a carpenter come out to look at it and it's a 5" drop on one in. Whoever leveled it did not do a good job and won't answer my son in law's calls and now has him blocked. The dealership hasn't helped him at all! My point is, if you sell a product of any kind, especially someone's home you need to stand behind it. We bought a brand new home Sept 2023. During our walkthrough there were 2 large triangles cut out of of flooring that were poorly patched. One was in a high traffic area in the kitchen/living room the other was in our master bathroom. We requested to have it fixed, they sent 3rd parties (different people) in to repair it 4 times.
