Friendly, helpful and efficient. They did a good job.
I found the Surveyor and the Sales were great at promising everything but the reality was a little different. The guy who did the measuring of the kitchen had said they could propose a really nice connecting strip between my oak flooring and their flooring. In reality it was installed without a connecting strip and when we asked they informed they only had one option. This was pretty heavy and wide so I ended up sourcing myself.
