Lovely hotel in prime location. Staff was friendly and competent
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in: Service is immaculate. Room was a bit small but bathroom was gorgeous. Location is perfect close to museums and Harrods . But what sticks out for me is the service: Jacques was fantastic, helped us quite a bit for a number of things we needed. Highly recommended!
Wonderful stay ! We will come back for sure !
