Customer service is exceptionally good which is the key difference between a good and bad hotel. Staff accommodate needs within reason leaving a favourable impression. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The Spa is tranquil and the gym is far better than you ordinarily find in 5-star hotels.
As someone who has stayed at many Radisson hotels, this was unfortunately the first one where I felt completely unacknowledged as a loyal guest. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re expecting a genuine five-star experience — it just doesn’t deliver on that promise.
