What a super peaceful location. A really comfortable and well set up compact cabin with all you need. So relaxing to sit and enjoy the sounds of the waves on the shore and the wind in the trees along with the lovely bird songs. Watching the Sand Martins swooping around, Chaffinch singing in the tree, Kestrel nesting in the conifer tree, Skylarks in the rough meadow and small Ring Plovers nesting on the beach. Peaceful and quiet. The noise of the sea is soothing and relaxing. Great cabin. Warm and cosy.

If there were 6*s we’ve given that. The EMC is one of the very best places we’ve ever stayed at. The comfort, privacy and views around the Cabin are to die for and extremely hard to beat. We desperately needed some recharging time and space - the Cabin was quiet (very quiet), peaceful and totally relaxing. All the amenities one might need are available in Southwest so the location covers all the bases. Luxury hideaway on the Suffolk coast. The Easternmost cabin is a brisk 20 mins walk north from Southwold. It is surprisingly roomy and very well equipped. The kitchen has all mod cons but no microwave! The bed is super comfy and has high quality linen and feather pillows. The bathroom has a rain shower with lots of hot water although the micro sink and shelf above do require a degree of gymnastic ability when using.
