Great house and well situated. We came with all family members (13) and what was great was all kids were able to sit together in the living room dinning table. Rooms were equipped with usual decors and soap but for the prices it’s lacked the deluxe decor one may be accustomed to! Odd we were asked to take bed linens off( not a biggy but not used to that!) . We stayed at The Eagles Nest for family birthdays and a retirement.Ages ranched from 70,40,30s,16,11,9 and 6 .We travelled from Aberdeen and Belfast.The lodge is amazing and so well equipped.Hopefully be able to go again .

We were celebrating a family birthday as a large group. The house was perfect. So big, everyone had plenty space. The weather was amazing so utilised the outdoor area more, but pool table was also well used. The views are amazing, would be fab in the winter too!
Misleading. Not Hitler's base, I'm starting to doubt he's even been there.
