Staying at the Duke of Portland Boat house for my 30th was so special. My birthday being in January, it’s always a cold, dark month and I wanted to do something that made my birthday a one to remember. The boat house offered a warm, cosy home from home to hibernate in. We made ample use of the fire and copper bath and I'm not ashamed to say we barely left in the two days we stayed! Lovely spot to photograph, parking is on the side of the road but requires you to walk along the road to get a good spot. If you're staying here, this is one of the top photography spots in the area
We had a lovely stay here for a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sights and luxurious setting. Hoping to be back again.
