I haven't lived here since 2019 and I just received a letter in the mail from a debt collector saying I owe $472.18. I called the domain and they refer me to Greystar overtime but no one there ever answers the phone and then they say they have no information from the Domain but yet the Domain says they have no information from Greystar. This is turning into a huge scam in my opinion.
i honestly don’t recommend living here , it’s really not worth the money when your place was trashed & half of your utilities didn’t even work. they try to get money out of you in anyway they can. so save ya money & find something better.
So I didn't post this on facebook but last week I woke up to two men I don't know standing in my kitchen. I freaked out and called 911 (as any normal person would do.) The cops identified one as being an inspector of the building (which they were claiming to be) but the other man got in his car, drove off, and was never identified. The Domain turned to trash the moment that Greystar took over. The quality of the apartments and the quality of the amenities has greatly declined since this takeover. They care about money and money only. (This is not about the staff that works in the leasing office, all of the people in there that I have dealt with have been very pleasant.) The corporate takeover of this place made it lose everything that was great about living at the Domain.
RecommendedI went on a tour and fell in love with the entire place. I signed my lease on the spot and I am so excited to live there with my best friends!! They have been super helpful with any questions I ask, as well!
Bus is very convenient! & Its really close to walmart walking distance for groceries. They always have alot of social events I love it here!
Great apartments, great shuttles to class, great location, great staff and maintenance. I highly recommend.
Managers are non responsive to questions. They do not match at all when setting up roommates. Not enough visitor parking.
I would not recommend the domain. Tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign, then have a thousand stipulations. I had mold in my washer and still have never contacted me about it. Terrible management, save your time energy and money
