Love the place, best place to stay off campus for sure!! 5 stars
I do not recommend Domain at Town Center. Management does nothing but penalize the roomate that does not cause trouble. Sure you can transfer just pay the fees of a few hundred dollars. They room you with a person they know is a B:!(# but yet they do nothing to help you maintain your sanity of getting you to a different apartment unless you give them more money!!

Best place in Morgantown to live!! Very clean, very polite and helpful staff, and easy to get to and from!
If you want to live at a party apartment, this is the apartment for you. If you’re actually here for school, don’t waste your time. There are no security cameras, multiple times my roommates and I have had damage to our cars. Just look elsewhere, there are multiple options to live in Morgantown & if I would have realized how unpleasant this one was, I never would have lived here.
I lived here for almost a year and it was somewhat tolerable. I could write an essay about the issues that I had or the things that I’ve seen, but I won’t. If this review makes it to their page, just know that it’s not worth the price. Also, most of the 5 star reviews only exist because they bribed us with the chance to win prizes if we left 5 stars on all of their pages. Just saying 🙃

I love this pace! The employees are always so welcoming and always know me by name! The domain have great events for the residents and are pet friendly �
