I would like to Thank all the staff at The Doctors Bayfair. I arrived late one afternoon and wasnt feeling great. They were awesome, I new I was going to be ok with how they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before I had my first ambulance ride. I am so grateful for everything they did for me from Dallas.
I had a bad experience I went in 3 times to get my repeats on my medication which took me 3 days I've just a had a stroke so my medication is very important it still wasn't solved my son had to go in the fourth time on the fourth day my medication had run out also the lady at reception said they had done everything and it should've bin there this time she was franticly doing something on the computer my son said they were only just loading it all in to the computer to get prescribed for me to pick gave us the list off my med... read more
Illness while on holiday brought me to The Doctors at Bayfair. The staff were brilliant and I was treated particularly well by Nurse Practioner Murphy. 24 hrs later I am feeling well enough for the long drive tomorrow. Thank you guys.
Shocking honestly. Iv waited 11 days for blood test results. Phoned 4 different days only to be told that its in their inbox and they will get to it when they can but no news is good news.how do they know its good news if they haven't even opened it yet. No one seams to understand what urgent means , instead of finding causes of problem they triple the dose of the meds im currently on. I should have never changed my gp. Such regret
Very disappointed with the service at Bayfair Medical reception. I waited nearly 3 hours to be seen, even with my 6-month-old baby. No proper updates, no clear communication, and the reception staff were not helpful or understanding. I also had to pay just to see the nurse after such a long wait, which made the experience even more frustrating. The customer service was poor and felt very unprofessional.
