The stay was good. It was clean but there seemed to be an underlying smell of cigarettes throughout the place. There was also no batteries in the thermostat for the heating but we got that fixed quickly enough. Other than that it was good. Nick was very helpful and was quick at responding to my messages.

Fantastic accommodation suited our needs it was very clean and comfortable.
Used for a gig in Sunderland. 15 minute walk into the centre. 30 minute walk to the stadium of light. Great Comms, clean and tidy. Would use again.
