Absolutely fantastic service. I was recommended this company by a friend. I needed to have a chat about some of the items I was ordering and Josh was super helpful even opening my online account for me and placing the items in my basket ready for me to login and complete my order. Also the price online was the best available compared to all the competitors. Would highly recommend to all my DJ buddies when they need an upgrade ❤️
Speakers failed after 9 months — seller made the situation unnecessarily difficult I was pleased with these speakers when I first bought them from Amazon. The sound quality was good for the price and they served their purpose well. Unfortunately, after about 9 months they suddenly stopped producing sound, even though the power light still came on. bought a DDJ-FLX4 and DM-50 speakers from this store, and the experience was awesome! The staff were super friendly and explained everything clearly. My controller stopped working after a while, but they replaced it right away with a brand-new one — no hassle at all. Great service, great prices, and genuine people! Highly recommend this shop for any DJ gear.
