I have visited the Diamond Centre Wales several times with a range of requests from redesigning rings , purchasing new stones and repairing treasured pieces of family jewellery. Every time my experience has been a joy . The staff are so knowledgable and helpful. Do not go anywhere else for that special piece of jewellery, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn’t be happier with the engagement ring I purchased it’s absolutely perfect and stunningly beautiful. The entire process of creating the ring was not only smooth but also incredibly enjoyable and interesting. It felt special to be part of the design journey. The customer service team was outstanding, going above and beyond at every step to ensure everything was just right. Kelvin made a beautiful ring for our 20 anniversary. The whole process was brilliant, initially I went into our consultation thinking I wanted a specific type of ring but after trying some on we knew we hadn’t found the ‘one’. Kelvin was extremely patient and helpful and designed a bespoke ring with diamonds and 2 rubies for our son’s birth stones.
