Absolutely fantastic service. We arrived in Blackpool and had a disastrous hotel. We went to 100 pipers hotel and the young man was very accomadating, patient and very understanding of our situation. He was straight on the phone to his manager. Who also was very hands on. The young man said he would try so hard to price match our last hotel (there was 10 of us) He explained there was no rooms in this hotel but one they own across the road had 3 rooms. Hi just stayed here 2 nights lovely staff breakfast was great beds and bedding could do with updating lack of shelving in the bathroom
