Disgraceful to us very expensive and costly beds were uncomfortable will not stay again.
Absolutely disgusting hotel decor was old and delapitated the horrid smell of putuli oil was clear the hygiene wasn't up to standard carpets stained no heating parking was £15 per night when ncp car park was only £9.95 per night no lobby no bar no breakfast would never return to this place again avoid at all costs, moved to the the big blue hotel across the road 100 percent better
Great staff was very helpful room was nice tram was 1 min away parking on site
Told to check out by 10.00am on a Sunday morning. That broke the camels back. £30 deposit for room damage and wash hand basin badly cracked on arrival. Pretty run down place. I guess, you get what you pay for.
Dirty hotel but not give me or my wife clean towels would not put the heaters on no coffee no tea bags or milk there was a bar but it was not open had a sign 4 family only had a TV room but said private set family only
