We went last Saturday night and had daria as our tour guide! She was so good and very funny certainly keeps you interested throughout, very knowledgeable and ensured the whole group was kept safe especially from the Uber eats drivers ha ha!!!!
Absolutely fantastic. We had such a great time with Darien, who has a perfect understanding of his audience and what they’re seeking. It was really cold, and the tour lasts a while, so dressing appropriately is paramount. But if you’re dressed right with a good pair of walking shoes (no heels or ballet flats), you’re gonna thoroughly enjoy this tour. My friend and I were part of last night's tour group with Dr Dorian Deathly. We had a wonderful time. Dr D was very engaging and knowledgeable. 100% recommend this experience if you are visiting York.
Very passionate tour guide who could work a crowd with her knowledge of the ghastly past of York. Think her stage name was Daria/Dorian or something similar. Kept the group together and made sure everyone was aware of all the hazards on the walk...UberEats etc! Made sure everyone could hear too by gathering the crowd before she spoke. Lovely way to spend an evening.
Dante was amazing! Quite the story teller, he was funny and terrifying at the same time. Enjoyed the stores as well and the tour around York. Highly recommend
