Took me a week to get an appointment, engineer came completed repair work, waterflo and boiler service but did not give me a Service Maintenance record or job report until requested, not madatory I know but it is best practice to give/send one following appointment. 1 month later, same issues and boiler not working, took me 3 days of phone calls to secure follow up appointment, engineer was able to fit me in the week after but I was told there would need to be further cleaning and costs (I have since been made aware that it ... read more

Last called DC Group a year ago when I suddenly found myself without hot water. They came immediately. This time I couldn't bleed radiators but also needed boiler service. They did service and found i was leaking CO. Fixed everything, worked quickly and well Very satisfied with this reliable company
I have to say this company and the guy who came out are absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend them. Came out on a very busy day for them even at 20:30 at night. Resolved my issue.
