Tara has truly changed my life! I still have a ways to go but when I started her Barre Class I was 5 years post hip replacement and had multiple complications, including a hip dislocation. I couldn’t physically get down on the floor, could not get up from the floor, just couldn’t figure out how to move. I love TDM and all the people there. You feel welcomed and truly cared about not only by the coaches but by the ladies shaking next to you. I love the support and body love you receive daily. It is for sure my happy place for an hour a few days a week.
TARRA graciously comes to SCW twice a week to teach class to the ladies there! We always have a good workout and a fun time at these classes! Tarra is genuinely attentive to all the ladies and I personally get the feeling that she really cares about us! Hands down this is the best exercise class I’ve ever taken...and I plan to keep on taking the class! Thank you Tarra for ALL that you do for everyone around you. You’re soul is truly good �
LOVE - LOVE this place! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I love the mind/body connection that is reiterated through the entire class! My kind of teaching style.
