The hairdresser was very sullen and curt - no customer-facing skills at all. We all have 'down' days, but do not take it out on the customer! Haircut wasn't very good - just basic, poor scissor-work with little layering. It couldn't have been worse if I'd smeared peanut butter on my head and let the dog chew away at the hair. My wife had to make it presentable. I'll never go back to the Brighton Hill salon again.
I've been here twice and both times, my hair has been cut terribly. I went in 2 months ago and asked for a graduated bob, with some light layering in the back, but not on the sides. I even showed him a picture. He absolutely hacked at the right side of my hair, leaving it completely uneven and ear level on the sides. I've had to wear a wig, as cannot even tie my hair up.
