It’s good to have a decent restaurant in the hotel. The room was comfortable. Some noise due to creakiness of the building. We enjoyed staying here. Car access is not the easiest especially with weekend traffic but it’s manageable.
Absolutely shocking lack of understanding about allergies. If you have an allergy DO NOT eat here. We booked for our 30th wedding anniversary, the wait staff didn't ask about allergies and when we prompted her she looked at our order and said "no". After 3 attempts explaining why it was important to tell the chef about my allergies we gave up and left. Our evening was ruined, we wrote an email and 2 weeks later have had no reply. Truly shocking
