We didn't stay We ate And the Service from the young lady was Great! Despite the Hoity-toity stick up cow on an adjacent table, she remained polite & professional throughout Great Food too! Bravo!!
Passing through on a cycle ride had a lovely roast and nice ale definitely worth a visit 😊
Booked a night away for my husband’s birthday and had an lovely time, all the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly even from the welcome we received at the front desk by a young man who escorted us to room to make sure everything was to our liking. The food was stunning and served perfectly, we didn’t have the roast dinner but they looked amazing especially the enormous Yorkshire puddings. Arrived a little late but the staff were amazing, had a great evening meal and a few drinks. Everyone was really friendly and the pub had a great atmosphere both inside and in the beer garden. The rooms were comfortable and very well equipped with top quality bedding. The cooked breakfast was really good with plenty of choice and again the staff really pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend and definitely be back if we are passing this way.
